CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your appointment before 5pm the previous working day or not showing up to your appointment will incur a €20 cancellation fee.

While I try to accommodate late comers as much as I can, if you are more then 20 minutes late you may be charged for the full service booked even if it cannot be performed.

All new clients are required to be patch tested for their desired service. On the day of your appointment, if you have not been patch tested you may be charged for the full service booked.
